1. HS Codes
The Harmonized System (HS) Code is an internationally standardized numerical system used to classify traded products and serves as the basis for customs tariffs, trade statistics, and various regulatory purposes.
1.1 Dashboard
The user can view the defined HS codes in the system by navigating to the ‘HS Codes’ screen in the Master Data from the left navigation panel as follows:

New HS Codes: the user can add a new HS code by clicking New HS Code button.

Export: the user can export the list as an Excel file by selecting export button.

Import: the user can upload the list as an Excel file by selecting import button.

Download template: the user can click on ‘Download Template’ to download a certain detail from the dashboard.

Filters: the user can search for the shipment by the code, name…..etc.

Rows Per Page: the user can select the number of items to show on each page.

Action: by clicking on this button the user can edit, delete
1.1.1 Edit Information
The user can edit the information of an existing HS codes by clicking on Edit from Actions by navigating to the ‘HS Codes’ screen via the Master Data.
1.1.2 Delete HS Code
The user can delete HS code by clicking on Delete from Actions by navigating to the ‘HS Codes’ screen via the Master Data.
1.2 Add New HS Code
The user can create a new HS code by clicking on New HS Code by navigating to the ‘HS Codes’ screen via the Master Data.

Code: this field represents the HS code unique alphanumeric value.

Name: this field represents the Hs code name.

Description: this field represents a detailed description of the HS code.

Chapter: this field represents the first 2 digits which is a broad category of product.

Heading: this field represents the next 2 digits after chapter which describe more specific about the product.

Sub Heading: this field represents The last 2 digits represent which further specifies the product.

Country Classification: this field represents the country classification.

Hs Code: this field represents code that used to used to classify traded products and serves.

HS Code Name (English): this field represents the HS code name in english.

Hs Code Name (Arabic): this field represents the HS code name in arabic.
By Clicking on Add the HS code will be added successfully.
